He began his career as a Certified Public Accountant in the international tax department at Price Waterhouse Coopers, earned an MBA specializing in real estate and finance from UC Berkeley. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst. Since 1999 Ray has compiled an amazing investment record, beating the S&P 500 Index eight out of nine years. His overall nine-year annualized return of 19.5% beats the index by more than 16% annually.
