Arturo Neto Jr., CFA, is president of Neto Financial Group, a boutique investment management firm that specializes in using alternative strategies and dynamic asset allocation to provide clients with the potential to generate superior risk-adjusted returns. He is also a managing member of Hedge Fund Institutional Advisors, a hedge fund consulting and marketing firm specializing in due diligence and asset raising services for hedge funds and institutional clients. Neto was previously the investment officer for a Miami-based, Latin American multifamily office and was responsible for managing a variety of fund of hedge funds with total assets under management of approximately $400 million. Arturo also spent three years as a management consultant with Accenture in the finance and performance management service line, consulting on projects within the corporate finance area in Fortune 500 companies. His investment experience includes more than 20 years of economic analysis, manager evaluation and equity security analysis. He earned an MBA from the Darden Graduate School of Business at the University of Virginia (2001), a Master of Science in finance from Florida International University (FIU) (1998) and a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from FIU (1993) Arturo is also involved in a variety of local organizations including the FIU Alumni Circle, the Advisory Board of the Master of Science in Finance program at FIU, the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce, the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Miami Art Museum Partners Executive Committee.
