"CEOs: Minority Rules: Turn Your Ethnicity into a Competitive Edge," co-written with Kenneth Arroyo Roldan, (Harper Collins 2006), a how-to book aimed at minorities and women to help them climb the corporate ladder, and "The Trouble with HR: An Insider's Guide to Finding and Keeping the Best People," with Johnny C. Taylor Jr., HR director of IAC/Interactive Corp and CEO of Rushmore Drive, about how managers can identify and retain talent.

He's also written over 50 "Managing for Success" columns for Investor's Business Daily and inaugurated the "Million Dollar Club" column for CNN/Money about small businesses that hit the million dollar mark in revenue and the obstacles they had to overcome.
