Glenn Wilkins brings to Financial Edge nearly 30 years of experience in various media. Educated at the University of Toronto, Glenn began his media career with assorted small-town radio stations throughout Ontario, including the Toronto market, before assuming a three-year stint as business editor and national newscaster with Standard Broadcast News.

A graduate of the Canadian Securities Course, Glenn was a member of the media arm of Global Strategy Mutual Funds, which produced "The Global Voice", a print, online and audio service that informed financial advisors of new trends in the fund industry and macroeconomic events in general.

His work has appeared in PROFIT magazine, and TANDEM (an arm of Correre Canadese). Glenn's series on drunk driving - and efforts to stop it - won a MADD media award; his coverage of a murder investigation in Barrie won him a similar honor from Metroland Publishing.

Glenn's seven-chapter anthology, Legendary NHL Coaches: Stars of Hockey's Golden Age (available through and Heritage House Publishing) was first published in 2006.
