Denise is a retirement plans consultant who has been in the business for several years. Denise, a Rutgers State University graduate, has earned the following designations: Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist (CRPS) designation from the College for Financial Planning; Certified IRA Services Professional (CISP) designation from the Institute Of Certified Bankers; Certified Retirement Services Professional (CRSP) designation from the Institute Of Certified Bankers; and the Certified Retirement Counselor (CRC) designation from the International Foundation for Retirement Education (InFRE) and the Accredited Pension Administrator (APA) from the National Institute of Pension Administrators. Denise has successfully completed also the Pension Administrator's course offered by the American Society of Pension Actuaries (ASPA).

Ben McClure is director of McClure & Co., an independent research and consulting firm that specializes in investment analysis and intelligence. Before founding McClure & Co., Ben was a highly-rated European equities analyst at city of London-based Old Mutual Securities. He also spent several years as a business/technology journalist at the Economist Group. Mr. McClure has also graduated from the University of Alberta School of Business with an MBA.

Matt Blackman is a technical trader, author, reviewer, keynote speaker and regular contributor to a number of trading publications and investment/trading websites in North America and Europe. An alumnus of Harvard and Cornell Universities, Ellis is also the chairman of the Inve$tWare Corporation (www.investware.com), manufacturers of stock analysis software. He the author of Take Stock: A Roadmap To Profiting From Your First Walk Down Wall Street, published by Dearborn Trade and available at Amazon.com. A popular speaker at national events as well as at many National Association of Investors Corporation (NAIC) chapter functions across the country, he has written many articles appearing in NAIC's Better Investing magazine and in Bits, the Computer Group's newsletter.

Richard J. Wayman, CFA
Richard is President of Researchstock.com, an independent equity research firm that focuses on under-followed small-cap stocks. Prior to co-founding Researchstock.com, he was a buy-side analyst for Fifth Third Bank and a sell-side analyst for The Ohio Company. He is an active member of the Association for Investment Management and Research and is the President of the Columbus Society of Financial Analysts.

David Harper is a senior consultant with Sibson Consulting. He has over ten years of experience consulting to chief-level officers and corporate boards on corporate performance, performance measurement, valuation, incentive plan design, stock option programs, and transaction effectiveness.
