Erik Marr is a Partner at Fiduciary Wealth Partners, which is an SEC registered investment advisor located in Boston, MA.  In addition, to assisting clients with investment management and financial planning services, he also holds the title of the firms, Chief Compliance Officer.

Prior to Fiduciary Wealth Partners, Erik was the first employee of SJM Fiduciary Advisors, which he help start with Preston McSwain.  Fiduciary Wealth Partners is the successor to SJM.

Previously, Erik was a Senior Financial Associate with Weston Financial for 5 years, where he worked with senior advisors and clients on the implementation of wealth plans. Prior to Weston, Erik worked on the Bond Desk at Oppenheimer & Co.

Erik graduated from Bentley University with a B.S. in Finance and is currently pursuing his CFP® through Boston University's Certificate of Financial Planning program and currently holds the FINRA Series 66 license.

William Baldwin

William Baldwin's career began with Touche Ross & Company and continued in private practice before joining Babson Financial Management where he was a vice president. In 1986, William worked with Tax & Financial Advisors which became Pillar Financial in 1998, then merged with Argent Wealth Management in 2013.

William graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration. Later he earned his Juris Doctor degree at Boston College Law School and a LL.M. in Taxation at Boston University. William served on both the Northeast-Mid-Atlantic Board of Directors and on the National Board of the National Association Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA) and was named on of the 30 most influential members of NAFPA in its 30 year history! He is a member of the Boston Estate Planning Council (BEPC) and served on the Board of Directors twice. William was named to Worth Magazine’s list of Top Financial Advisors five times, an award also bestowed on him by Barron’s twice in his career.

William enjoys cycling, sailing, skiing and is an active volunteer for charitable organizations. He is a proud member of the Dana Farber Flames Pan Mass Challenge team and works with Cradles to Crayons to provide at-risk children with the essentials they need to thrive at home, at school, and at play. He also served on the Board of Directors and as Commodore of the Winchester Boat Club and as a member of the Winchester, MA Retirement Board.

For twelve years, Debbie applied her love of personal finance and strong analytical skills to help her financial planning and investment clients at a large wealth management firm in Needham, MA, where she was a Vice President. In 2017, she launched Levenson Wealth LLC.

Debbie has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Economics with honors from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard University.

As a management consultant for Bain & Company, Debbie developed her financial and strategy skills while helping Fortune 500 companies improve their profitability. After Bain, she spent a decade as a senior executive for two consumer products companies before becoming a Certified Financial Planner® through the Boston University program in 2004. 

Financial planning and investing have been lifelong passions for Debbie. She has been quoted in the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, Investment News and other local and national media. She has published articles in Financial Planning magazine, the AAII Journal (American Association of Individual Investors) and Women’s Business. She has been featured on multiple occasions as a Money Makeover expert in the Boston Sunday Globe. Debbie is a NAPFA-registered financial advisor and a member of the Financial Planning Association.
