Asian markets up as week ends, Japan closed for holiday
FXstreet.com (Barcelona) - Japan's stock exchange was closed for Labor Thanksgiving Day, but Hong Kong's Hang Seng (+0.50%), South Korea's Kospi (+0.62%) and Mainland China's Shanghai Composite (+0.60%) pushed higher on Friday, while India's Bombai Sensitive 30 dropped (-0.20%) and Australia's S&P/ASX 200 closed flat. Not much happened on the fundamental front nor in terms of headlines.
Futures for the German DAX (+0.05%) and the French CAC 40 (+0.15%) are signaling a higher opening ahead of the European session, though the German GDP data was already released, weaker in Q3 by 10bp in both quarterly and yearly figures.
