FXstreet.com (Barcelona) - According to BNZ economist Craig Ebert, "while there are numerous reasons to expect the Reserve Bank to look and sound dovish at Thursday's MPS - Graeme Wheeler's first as Governor, we still think the Bank has a high hurdle for any further reduction in the Official Cash Rate (OCR), and rightly so."
