Forex Flash: No new policy initiatives expected from the Fed in Q3 - BBH
FXstreet.com (Córdoba) - In the 2012 Third Quarter Report, the Brown Brothers Harriman team says they expect no new policy initiatives from the Fed in Q3.
"In June, the Fed announced an extension of Operation Twist through the end of the year. This is a way to help the Fed avoid having to make further policy decisions ahead of the Presidential election", says BBH. "It also allows the Fed to get a clearer picture of how policy makers will deal with the looming fiscal cliff and developments in the euro zone".
