Germany: Markit Manufacturing PMI (flash) surprises at 46.8 in November

FXstreet.com (Barcelona) - The preliminary release of November manufacturing PMI in Germany by Markit surprised by rising to 46.8 instead of remaining unchanged at 46.0 as expected. However, the services figure eased from 48.4 to 48.0.

Both French figures came in higher than consensus, with manufacturing rising from 43.7 to 44.7 (consensus of 44.0) and services rising from 44.6 to 46.1 (consensus of 45.0).
