USD/CHF reverses losses, nears Friday’s highs

FXStreet (Córdoba) - Moving in tandem with the euro, the franc has fallen to fresh daily lows versus the dollar as the US currency gathers pace across the board and trims Friday's losses.



The USD/CHF broke above the 0.9050 area and climbed to a high of 0.9065 helped by better-than-expected US housing data. However, the pair stalled a few pips shy of Friday’s peak and it is currently trading at 0.9063, recording a 0.45% gain on the day.



USD/CHF levels to watch

As for technical levels, next resistances are seen at 0.9070 (Aug 15 high), 0.9085 (Aug 14 high) and 0.9100 (psychological level). On the other hand, supports could be found at 0.9022 ( Aug 15 low), 0.9007 (jul 24 low) and 0.9000 (psychological level).
