An exam administered by the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) that will provide an individual with the qualifications necessary to become a principal who supervises and manages sales activities for investment companies and annuities.

Time Limit: 2 hours and 30 minutes
Number of Questions: 110 questions
Passing Score: 70%
Format: Multiple Choice

Prerequisites: Successful completion of the Series 6 or Series 7 exam.
