The consensus estimate has risen from 91 cents three months ago but is unchanged from 30 days ago. Analysts are projecting earnings of $3.73 per share for the fiscal year.

Ventas is expected to beat last year's reported revenue of $364.6 million and come in at $591.9 million for the quarter. Ventas is expected to report revenue of $2.39 billion for the fiscal year.

Company Performance: Revenue increases have been in the double digits for the past four quarters. On average, the figure has risen by 96.7%. The biggest change came in the most recent quarter when revenue rose more than twofold.
