Customer Support
FXCM provides customer support 24 hours, seven days a week. Support is available through more than 40 free international telephone numbers, email, fax or live online chat. This is for standard and Active Trader accounts; micro accounts do not receive live phone or chat support.

The company also provides an online Frequently Asked Question section which allows traders to easily find answers to common question no matter what platform they are using.

"MyFXCM" is the trader's online account area where they can deposit or withdraw funds, update account settings, transfer funds, change margin levels or create account statements.

If the trader has positions and is unable to connect to the internet or experiences a critical software/server malfunction but needs to manage or close a position, the trader can contact the Dealing Desk between Sunday at 5:15 PM ET to Friday at 5:00 PM ET. The dealing desk will only manage or close positions, but cannot open new positions. Analysis Tools
All FXCM platforms provide charts and a wide range of 30+ widely used indicators such as the RSI, Bollinger Bands®, MACD and moving averages. Custom indicators can also be created by traders to serve their individual purposes. Analysis tools, charting and the trading platform are free when a trader opens a demo account or live trading account.
