An Overview Of The MetaTrader 4 Mobile App: MetaTrader 4 Mobile

The free MT4 Mobile terminal, shown in Figure 7, requires a PDA with Windows Pocket PC 2003, Windows Mobile 2003 and Windows Mobile 5, 6 or 6.1.

The features of the MT4 Mobile app include:

  • Alerts

  • Bar, candlestick and line charts

  • Complete set of trade orders, including pending orders

  • Complete trading history

  • Financial market news

  • Real-time interactive charts with zoom and scroll

  • Technical indicators
The app provides easy-to-access tabs for Quotes, Charts, Trades, History and News screens. An example of a trade screen is shown below in Figure 8.

The MT4 Mobile app can be downloaded from the MetaQuotes website (www.metaquotes.net and mouse over "MetaTrader 4" and select "Mobile Trading") or from your broker's website, if available.

MetaTrader 4 Mobile Smartphone Edition
The free MT4 Mobile Smartphone Edition (SE), shown in Figure 9, is the mobile terminal for smartphones using MS Windows Mobile 2003 for Smartphones and Windows Mobile 5.0, 6.0 or 6.1.
