      Rennie is currently Head of the Global Banks channel within distribution at Aberdeen, and is also Country Head of Switzerland, working between our Zurich and New York offices. Rennie joined Aberdeen Asset Management in February 2013 in New York as a Senior Business Development Manager working in the Closed End Fund area. With 30 years experience in the investment industry, Rennie was previously responsible for the European Equity business and, later, for investment research in Europe for Merrill Lynch. He then became CEO of Bridgewell PLC, an investment bank in London, and before joining Aberdeen, he was a partner at RP Capital, and investment advisory company specializing in emerging markets.

      Milton Ezrati is a prominent economist and author who has worked in the financial services industry for decades and currently serves as chief economist of Vested. He is a contributing editor to The National Interest, a magazine that covers international affairs, and the author of two books: Kawari, which predicted Japan would evolve from an export-oriented economy to one that provides services, and Thirty Tomorrows: The Next Three Decades of Globalization, Demographics, and How We Will Live, which examines the impact that an aging population has on the world’s most developed economies. He frequently contributes to and is quoted in a variety of financial publications, including CNBC Fox Business, Bloomberg, BNN, The Wall Street Journal, Dow Jones, and Reuters.

Lou has taught courses to CFP candidates at The University of Texas, St. Edwards Univerisity, and the University of Texas at San Antonio.
