True Measure Wealth Management

Job Title:

Registered Investment Advisor

Patrick Tucker is the founder of True Measure Wealth Management. Patrick graduated from the University of St. Thomas with his Bachelor's in Accounting and Finance. Before Patrick graduated he worked as an accounting and finance intern for UPS before they offered him a management position that led into an eleven-year career. Patrick left UPS because he felt he had a more fulfilling job to do: help others do well. As he got started in financial planning services he quickly became aware that the industry tilts towards sales and salesmanship versus having genuine financial knowledge or people skills, and being able to apply that to any life experiences while guiding and advising people. Since then Patrick has continued to become more and more passionate about upholding his fiduciary responsibility to those he serves. He continues to put his clients first and strongly opposes the side of the industry that focuses on sales.

Patrick explains, "I think money or maybe more comprehensively speaking- finances, is an entrance into peoples lives for me that I understand and is often a source of complexity in some way for many people. Finance/money is also a pervasive thing in all areas of people lives, and it connects to everything in some fashion. Starting with finance to explore and expand peoples lives is a tool I can use in some small way to help people more completely become the best version of themselves. I also believe that introducing people to new thoughts or ideas provides them with new momentum to broaden their lives. When that happens, the ones I serve have new energy and potentially a greater life because of it, and I find this one of the most fulfilling and rewarding experiences in life."

Patrick is happily married and the proud father of six sons. He resides in Omaha, Nebraska and continues to expand his knowledge in financial planning services and wealth management. Patrick also coaches other financial planning advisors and is dedicated to lifelong learning; investing in his self-education and other self-improvement activities.

Patrick's mantra is "to use finance and investing to explore and expand people's lives; to help them become the best version of themselves."

True Measure Wealth Management, Inc. ("True Measure") is a registered investment advisor, located in Omaha, Nebraska. True Measure may only transact business in those states in which it is registered, or qualifies for an exception or exclusion from registration requirements. True Measure's website is limited to the dissemination of general information pertaining to its investment management and financial advisory services. Accordingly, True Measure does not, and will not, effect transactions of securities, or the rendering of personalized investment advice over the internet.

True Measure Wealth Management, Inc. (“True Measure”) has developed and implemented a Business Continuity Plan (“BCP”) that includes an alternate facility to protect its business processes and technology environment in the event of a significant business disruption. True Measure's policy is to respond to a significant business disruption (‘SBD”) in an effort to safeguard employees’ lives and firm property, make a financial and operational assessment, quickly recover and resume operations, protect the firm’s books and records, and allow our customers to transact business.

The plan addresses business disruptions that may be caused by a local incident or by a regional or market related disaster that applies to many companies. The plan covers our critical business processes and related employees essential for True Measure to continue to conduct business for an interim or temporary period during a business interruption. Every important aspect of True Measure's securities business, including data back up and recovery; all mission critical systems; financial and operational assessments; alternative communications with customers, employees, and regulators; alternate physical location of employees; critical supplier, contractor, bank and counter-party impact; regulatory reporting; and assuring our customers prompt access to their funds and securities if we are unable to continue our business is addressed in this plan.

True Measure's goal is to recover its critical business processes with minimal interruption, depending on the nature of the disruption. In a disruption to only our firm or a building housing our firm, we will transfer our operations to a local site when needed and expect to recover and resume business within a reasonable period of time. In a disruption affecting our business district, city, or region, we will transfer our operations to a site outside of the affected area, and presume to recover and resume business as soon as possible. If the significant business disruption is so severe that it prevents us from remaining in business, we will assure our customer’s prompt access to their funds and securities.

If after a significant business disruption you cannot contact us as you usually do at (402) 342-1400, please go to our website at www.truemeasure.com and look for alternate contact instructions. If you cannot access us through either of those means, and you have an investment account managed by our firm, you should contact the investment company via its website or by telephone (see below) for instructions on how it may provide prompt access to your funds and securities including accepting buy and sell orders and issuing checks and wires from your account. If your account is held at a mutual fund or insurance company, you should contact the company directly for access to your securities.

Please be advised that our Business Continuity Plan is subject to change and modification. Our firm will update this plan whenever we have a material change to our operations, structure, business, or location or to those of our clearing firm. In addition, our firm will review our plan annually to modify it for any changes. If the plan is modified, we will promptly post the revised summary on our website. If you have questions about our business continuity planning or would like a written copy of the summary of our BCP, please contact our office.
