Can I purchase stock warrants and rights?

I have been reading up on stock warrants and rights offerings. I have not found any information on how to purchase these on the market. What would be the best way for an individual investor to buy warrants and rights?

You are asking a good question.  Usually, warrants and rights offerings are extended in either a private party transaction, between two private holders, which may include the company, or with the company and existing holders of the stock or debt.  Warrants and rights can be considered options, and options are available for publicly traded on most major companies and many midcap and even small capitalization enterprises.  If you have an existing on line brokerage account, you can check with that entity to help you buy and sell options.  I hope this helps answer your question.
