Depends on how much taxes you wish to pick up while converting to the Roth IRA from a deductible Traditional IRA. Remember, you can no longer recharacterize Roth Conversions after October 15th, 2018, only excess contributions. I would think, strategy and taxes, current and future estimations before ROTH Conversions. Roth Conversions are a great tool during a year in which you have a low tax rate...exceptions apply.

You can only do 1, "60-day rollover" per year, regardless of how many Traditional IRAs you have.
