No, 401(k) loans are not taxable events and repayment is made with after-tax dollars, so nothing to report to the IRS. The only time you'd have to would be if you separated from service and failed to pay back your 401(k) loan, at which point any remaining balance would be considered a withdrawal/distribution and taxed at your ordinary income tax rate, plus a 10% penalty if you're under the age of 59 1/2.
