Jeremey Stoppelman is the co-founder and CEO of Yelp, a concept that he brainstormed in 2004 while sick with the flu and unable to find reliable doctor recommendations online. Before creating Yelp, Stoppelman worked as the Vice President of Engineering for X.com, the company that would eventually become PayPal. Stoppelman refers to himself as a "hands-on" CEO and has a desk on the company's open-office floor with other employees. According to Stoppelman's most recent filing with the SEC on March 3, 2021, the Yelp CEO owns approximately 360,000 shares of the company indirectly through a trust.

Geoffrey Donaker
Geoffrey Donaker joined Yelp in 2005. After 11 long years at the company, Donaker retired as Yelp's Chief Operating Officer in August 2016. Donaker continues to serve on the company's board, a position he has held since 2010. Before his time at Yelp, Donaker worked with tech companies like eBay, Collectibles and Voter.com. Joseph "Jed" Nachman
Joseph "Jed" Nachman joined Yelp in 2007 and served as vice president of sales until 2011.
