Salesperson Pre-Licensing

Climer School of Real Estate no longer offers a salesperson pre-licensing course. It offers a sales associate agent course which requires you to have completed a 63-hour FREC-approved pre-licensing course prior to taking the agent course offered through the school.

Exam Prep

Climer School of Real Estate offers exam prep courses in a variety of formats. You can purchase digital flashcards for $39.99, a state exam simulator and practice questions for $69.99 to take at your own pace or an online exam prep package for $89.99. These cram courses are taught in English and Spanish over the course of a weekend and you can come to a campus or take it live online. It’s an intense review of all course material, Florida real estate laws, math questions, and real estate terms. It also includes a question-and-answer workbook to summarize and track your exam knowledge.

Continuing Education

Climer School of Real Estate offers continuing education classes for real estate agents and brokers and continuing education classes for real estate instructors, as well. Self-paced continuing education classes are $22.95. Instructor-led livestream and in-person courses are $99. All classes include the required 14 hours of educational material, and once you finish, the hours will be reported directly to the state so you can easily renew your license. Topics include ethics, agency, property management, commercial real estate, and more.

Instructor courses are available in person and online and cost $99. They include topics such as teaching to multiple generations and understanding the construction of state exams.
