Michael Dever founded Brandywine Asset Management in 1982, still serving as the CEO today. Prior to that he was a trader and is a bestselling author. His book, Jackass Investing: Don’t do it. Profit From It is an Amazon bestseller in the mutual fund, commodity, and futures categories. Managing money for banks and corporations, Michael has developed a unique approach to portfolio management based on computer studies. He employs a focus on return drivers, where each strategy must have a reason or catalyst to boost returns.
John Uebler spent five years with Brandywine Asset Management, working as the operations manager before leaving to become a project manager for IMC Construction. He has a history in the construction field, having a bachelor’s and master’s in civil engineering and previously working for the likes of Fluor Corporation and L.F. Driscoll.
Michael received his bachelor's degree in business from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. John earned his bachelor’s in civil engineering and then then a master’s in civil engineering from Stanford University.
