Ellen Simon has more than 35 years of journalism experience, writing for such publications as The New York Times, Associated Press, The Wall Street Journal, Worth Magazine, and more. She has written about the economy, the stock market, telecommunications, and the retail sector. Ellen was part of a team that won the Best in Business award from the Society of American Business Writers for its coverage of the 2008 financial crisis titled, “Meltdown 101.” She also works as a public relations consultant and advocacy writer.
Ellen received her bachelor's degree in journalism from Northwestern University.
