John Linton serves as the managing member of Elbert Capital Management and oversees all investment decisions. From 2015 to 2018, John worked as a portfolio manager and associate at Metropolitan Merchant Capital and Metropolitan Partners Group, two related SEC-registered investment advisers. While at Metropolitan, John managed a portfolio of $110 million of financial assets. From 2014 to 2015, he worked as an investment management officer at the One Earth Future Foundation focusing on international impact investing and served as the fund manager for the United Nations IFAD Somali AgriFood Fund. John worked as a banking officer for FirstBank from 2009 to 2012.
