Jason Morris is a financial professional with experience in financial modeling, asset valuation, and generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). He is currently a controller for Nucorp, the largest steel producer in the U.S., and was the chief financial officer (CFO) for REC Industries, a Texas-based mechanical contractor.
Jason's range of knowledge spans several industries, including investment banking, wealth management, commercial real estate, and telecommunications. He uses his experience in capital markets to write about futures and options contracts, as well as agricultural commodities, ETFs, and breaking down financial statements.
An alumnus of Texas A&M University, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in agricultural economics as well as a master's degree in land economics & real estate from the Mays Business School.
