Erika Hearthway is an experienced editor, fact-checker, and professional linguist. In addition to her fact-checking work for Investopedia and The Balance, Erika has worked as a content marketer for ComplyAdvantage. There she researched and wrote about complex topics relating to anti-money laundering compliance, sanctions, and financial crimes.
Using her skills as a translator and linguist, Erika has assisted in organizing trade missions to Chile.
