As a Certified Financial Planner™ with 15 years experience, I take great pride in helping my clients reach their financial goals, assuage their financial concerns, and ultimately make their financial dreams a reality. Whether it is a comfortable and enjoyable retirement, creating a viable legacy for their children and grandchildren, or developing an investment approach that is in alignment with their risk tolerance and time horizon, I always strive to uphold the fiduciary standard I am bound to as a CFP®, and act in my clients’ best interest.

Prior to my entry to the financial services industry and joining The Goff Financial Group as Vice President of Client Services, I was a middle school English teacher. I received my Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Hofstra University, my post-baccalaureate teaching certification from the University of Vermont, and my paralegal certification from Adelphi University. I enjoy visiting  both my daughter, the aspiring singer/dancer/actress in NYC, as well as my molecular biology PhD son who is doing drug research in San Diego. Biography

Chuck has a passion for helping people achieve the life they choose to live, not just the one they have to. As the founder of I.I.E. Financial, he uses his knowledge and experience to build active investment strategies that fit into the firm’s overall mission to help clients achieve long term financial health. He was introduced to the financial markets early in his career by a group of friends and colleagues that were experienced in the industry and were making a positive difference in the lives of others. The desire to learn more about how markets work led to him to become an insurance specialist before finding his passion as a financial educator. The financial industry’s traditional investment approach and lack of effective risk management led him to develop investment solutions that could reduce risk while providing the returns needed for clients to achieve the life they desired. Chuck began teaching for the world’s largest international trading and investing education academy, eventually becoming the director of both instructor and student development.  During his time with the academy he personally taught over 10,000 students all over the world both in a physical classroom and online, along with managing a team of up to 100 instructors all over the world.

During his time teaching classes about Stocks, Options, Real Estate, and Portfolio Management he discovered that many of the investors who came to learn were really just looking for a better solution to their problem.  They were really looking for someone that would manage their assets in a way that would increase probability, decrease risk, and give them true diversification.  Chuck founded I.I.E. Financial with the mission statement of "willing the good of another" because of those countless investors who were eager for a very crucial solution to a very common problem.

MVM Advisors LLC
Biography

Before starting MVM, Joe helped build Microdyne Systems Inc., a cutting edge engineering and system integration firm.  Microdyne designed and built custom automation for manufacturing, using high speed assembly systems, robotics and machine vision.  Starting as Microdyne’s only salesperson, Joe was CEO for six years prior to selling the company and returning to New Jersey to be closer to his family.

Prior to Microdyne, Joe was working his way through school at University of North Carolina at Greensboro.  He started on “Wall Street” in 2002. His goal was to help individuals and business owners overcome the black hole, that is investing and retirement planning.  Joe learned firsthand, while building Microdyne, how difficult and important it is for both business owners and employees to navigate the world of investing.

Joe worked his way up to Senior Vice President of Investments and lead the retirement services group for a typical Wall Street firm.  Joe’s approach of always putting the clients’ interests first meant using the best available products for the clients not the most profitable for the broker or the firm.

Wall Street does not like this approach and after years of fighting for the clients, Joe had finally had enough.  Joe realized that Wall Street was never going to change so he started MVM Advisors LLC.
