Dr. Whittenburg works with cats, dogs, and small exotic animals and she has a special interest in feline medicine and surgery. 

In 2013, Dr. Whittenburg opened her own practice, Kingsgate Animal Hospital in Texas, where Dr. Whittenburg offers comprehensive animal care including dental and surgical services.

Education

Dr. Jamie Whittenburg received a bachelor’s in animal science from Texas Tech University. Then she went on to receive a doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the Kansas State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2006. Dr. Whittenburg went on to pursue post-graduate training at Texas A&M University.
