Jennifer has written for LendingTree.com, ValuePenguin.com, LendEdu.com, among other publications.  She is passionate about her work as an English professor and strives to empower students to write compelling and concise documents in both their academic and professional careers. 

In 2013, while working as a content marketing manager for an ecommerce company, Jennifer started writing for Nav.com and began what would become a long-term freelance career within the personal and small business finance verticals. This path has paired well with her role in academia, and she strives to help individuals and business owners gain the insights and information they need to make educated decisions. 

In addition to her freelance and academic work, Jennifer maintains a role as a Technical Editor at a cyber security firm, where she works with colleagues to produce high-quality documentation.  When she’s not working, she enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time with her family.

Education

She graduated from King’s College with a Bachelor's Degree in English, with a focus on nonfiction writing. After entering the workforce as a content writer, she went on to pursue a Masters in Liberal Studies, with a focus in Arts, Culture, and Literature.
