Natalya Yashina is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM), and the founder and CEO of Capital Accounting Advisory, LLC, an accounting advisory firm that offers technical accounting, project management, and training services and solutions.

Natalya has over twelve years of specialized technical accounting experience and worked for a number of years in audit for a Big Four accounting firm and later in financial reporting and accounting policy for a real estate investment trust.

Natalya is passionate about sharing her accounting, auditing, and project management knowledge and expertise. She previously served as the Chair of the Virginia CPA Society Accounting and Advisory Committee where she continues to serve as a member today. She is a member on the VSCPA Board of Directors Educational Foundation. Natalya is the creator and instructor of a CPA career coaching program which helps public accounting professionals succeed in their careers.
