Samantha Silberstein is a financial consultant who works with employees from non-profit and higher education organizations. Her day-to-day is filled with 1-on-1 conversations about 401(k)s, 403(b)s, ERISA guidelines, IRAs, student loans, tracking spending, creating budgets, debt repayment strategies, pretax/Roth contributions/savings, and other non-retirement saving options/vehicles.
She has previous experience at firms such as TD Ameritrade, Janney Montgomery Scott, and Vanguard where her experience ranged from RIA relationship management, fixed income sales and trading, fund management, and brokerage operations.
Throughout her career, Samantha has used her expertise and various licenses and certifications to provide in-depth advice about investing, credit cards, debt, loans, taxes, retirement, and financial planning. Additionally, her state-level insurance certification has allowed her to provide a wholistic approach to personal finance that includes life, accident, and health insurance.
Samantha completed her undergraduate degree at Temple University where she majored in Economics and received a minor in Business. Outside of being a CFP professional, she is a FINRA Series 7 and 63 licensed holder, State of California life, accident, and health insurance licensed agent, and CFA Level 2 candidate.
