For the last four calendar years, Cathy has been named an "Investopedia 100 Top Financial Advisor." They influence the practice of financial advice, and help educate millions of investors.
Cathy is also an Assistant Adjunct Professor at Mills College in Oakland, California. She stays current on personal finance topics through her affiliations with The National Association for Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA), the Financial Planning Association (FPA) and the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards (CFP®).
For more than a decade, Cathy was an active volunteer and board member for The Center for Urban Education about Sustainable Agriculture (CUESA) based in San Francisco and program chair for The Commonwealth Club of San Francisco.
