Wilhelmina Randtke has a background in law and technology. She previously practiced law for state government in Florida in a financial oversight role including performing audits and implementing federal grants. She served as Electronic Services Librarian and Professor at St. Mary's School of Law in Texas in a blended role involving oversight of technology at the law library, teaching legal research, and assisting with faculty research. Most recently, at the Florida Academic Library Services Cooperative, she served as product manager for publishing software used by the Florida's public higher education systems, the State University System and State College System, to publish academic research. She has published and presented extensively on impacts of technology on publishing and law.
Wilhelmina Randtke received a Bachelor of Science in Zoology from the University of Florida. She attended graduate school at Florida State University where she was awarded both a Juris Doctorate and a Masters in Library and Information Studies.
